Shipping Policy
Shipping is calculated by Canada Post at checkout based on destination & weight of the order. Delivery times may be extended due to holidays etc., which is unfortunately out of our control.
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days; once an order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email.
Please verify the items in your order before confirming your purchase, as we are unable to edit orders after they are processed.
*Shipping is non-refundable. The cost of shipping or any cost related to shipping/returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.*
If you select in-store pickup, you will be sent an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Please do not come to pick up your order until you receive your pick up confirmation email.

Return Policy
As of January 1st 2024
Online Orders for in-store pickup:
14 days from date of purchase for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
(regular priced items only)
Orders that have been shipped:
14 days from date it was delivered to you for a refund. Regular priced items only.
Items that are being returned or exchanged must be in good condition, unworn, and have all tags attached and approved before return/refund is processed.
ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

How To Return an Item:
1. Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
2. E-mail maggiegrace@shaw.ca and explain why you want to return the item. We will notify you when your return has been approved. PLEASE NOTE: We must receive your item(s) back in the store within the 14 days from when it was delivered to you. If we receive your return outside of this window, we will not be able to process the exchange or issue store credit, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
3. Drop off your item for return at any shipping location. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may also return the item in-store in the time frame specified.
4. Once we receive your return and verify that the item(s) are unworn and not damaged - we will contact you to begin processing your store credit or refund.
5. Please note: refunds cannot be processed in store as refunds are processed via Shopify. Refunds will take 2-5 business days to process once we receive your returned item(s).
